Figs with arugula, mozzarella and prosciutto

Fresh late summer salad - simple and undemanding to prepare, but abundant enough and full of freshness

arugula

100 g

mozzarella

150 g

figs

Spread washed arugula on a large serving dish.

Cut the figs crosswise, place them on arugula and add mozzarella cut into small pieces.

Wrap the slices of prosciutto between the figs and pour the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. If you wish, you can add fresh basil leaves and some freshly ground pepper.
