Tagliatelle with Cooked Ham and Broccoli

A really simple recipe that will convince even those who are not really passionate about broccoli

Tagliatelle

Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook them in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then cool them in ice water to keep a nice green color.

In a pan, fry the diced cooked ham, add the cooked broccoli and sauté a little more.

Low the heat, add cooking cream and grated Parmesan and mix well. Cook tagliatelle al dente, add them to the sauce and serve.
