Add the flour, water, salt and yeast to a bowl and knead smooth dough. Let the dough rise for approx. 10 hours at room temperature.
Divide the dough into equal parts to form four round balls. Cover them in cling film and let rise for approx. 1 hour. You can store pizza dough the refrigerator in a tightly covered bowl.
Treat the dough gently. Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingertips to pull the dough.
Spread the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with toppings: mozzarella, slices of zucchini, cherry tomato halves and cubes of Cooked Ham.
* Pizza dough should be always baked at the maximum oven temperature. Using a pre-heated pizza stone will give your crust that crunchiness you love while still keeping your toppings juicy and flavorful.
Once baked, sprinkle the pizza with olive oil.
