Prague Ham, Bone-In

Prague Ham is produced with carefully selected raw materials. The cooled leg of pork is salted, massaged, smoked and heat treated. The product acquires a light brown color on the surface, light pink in cross section, and has a surprising specific smell and pleasant taste. The ham, thanks to its soft texture, allows anyone, even the most inexperienced person, to cut it easily. The use is versatile, as cold or hot sliced, as an addition to stews, with or without a side dish (horseradish).
