While green olives are picked just before they are ripe, black olives are patiently left to ripen on the tree, which gives them a softer texture and less bitter taste, while also being full of healthy unsaturated fats.

Once all the benefits of black olives are combined with the first-class ingredients of the premium mortadella Elita recipe, the result is a product that is certainly one-of-a-kind on the Slovenian market. Like all other Kras mortadellas, this one is of course made in Slovenia as well. Experience real Mediterranean temperament with charming slices of a unique taste.
