Grilled peaches with Karst ham and gorgonzola

For 4 persons:

4 matured peaches
4 teaspoons of olive oil
100 g of rocket
100 g of gorgonzola
85 g of Karst ham
1 spoon of balsamic vinegar

Wash maturated peaches, remove stones and cut into quarters. Spread with olive oil and sparkle with freshly minced pepper. Quickly caramelize peaches on hot grill plates. Grill on both sides for about two minutes.
Wash rocket, add drops of olive oil and distribute on plates, add slices of Karst ham, crumbled gorgonzola and grilled peaches. Make salad dressing out of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add it in small drops to prepared salad and serve.
